Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after shipment. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses We accept shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS where available. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to these address types, so USPS will be used for these orders.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
